While we want you to love and treasure your purchase, we understand that sometimes you can change your mind. You can find the process below describing how to handle your return or exchange.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are hand-made and hand-crafted, Gaia Amore has a 30-day return policy. If find that you're dissatisfied with your purchase, reach out to the Gaia Amore support team at Care@gaia-amore.com through our website portal and we will reply to your email within 48 hours.
Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
Damages and Other Issues
Inspect your order upon receiving. If your product was received damaged, contact us at Care@gaia-amore.com. Leave us a detailed message of your issue and photos of the damage and we'll reply to your message within 48 hours.
If you receive the wrong item, keep your order in the packaging in which it was received and contact us through our website portal or connect with us at Care@gaia-amore.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Complimentary exchanges & returns within 30 days.
- Item must be in perfect and sellable condition.
- In it's original packaging.
- Original invoice, any leaflets and certificates must be included.
- No exchanges and returns for personalized items.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept final sale items and orders placed using gift cards.
Exchanges
How to exchange a Handbag, Shoe, or Jewelry item:
- Contact us at Care@gaia-amore.com.
- Note the order confirmation number and the original item you would like to exchange. Let us know the size or color you'd like. You will receive an email either confirming your exchange or letting you know if the product is out of stock.
- To ensure inventory availability, please ship the original item to our distribution center within 3 days of initiating the exchange. You will receive an email once your original item has shipped.
- We will notify you via email when your original item arrives back in our distribution center. Following that, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has been shipped. Please note if the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Lastly, if we do not receive your original item at our distribution center, your exchange will be cancelled.
